Starlink

Starlink is a satellite internet constellation developed by SpaceX, designed to provide high-speed internet access to underserved and rural areas around the globe. It consists of thousands of small satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO) that communicate with ground stations and user terminals, allowing users to connect to the internet. The project aims to create a global broadband network that offers low latency and higher bandwidth compared to traditional satellite internet services. Starlink has been in beta testing since 2020 and has rapidly expanded its availability, aiming to deliver reliable internet service in both urban and remote locations.
